In this unique position you will work very closely with various medical and regulatory Sponsor personnel to ensure the health and welfare of study participants. This is a wonderful, new position and chance to work with a great team and fantastic program! This is a 40 Hour/wk opportunity for a Board Certified Psychiatrist. ** $15K Sign On Bonus and Salary up to $365K! ** There is no requirement for correctional health care experience! The new team member will: Be onsite in the facility Monday through Friday during normal business hours........ and work as an integral part of a FULLY STAFFED, multidisciplinary team providing care in a jail-based restoration to competency program. The team includes Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Psych Certified NP's, RN's and many additional clinical & admin support staff! This facility only houses individuals over the age of 18 years old. There is no after hour call or weekend coverage needed! ** This is a new type of program that works on treatment which includes medication but also intensive program therapy to restore a patient’s competency.
